M.D. & professor   of gastroenterology. He currently serves Dept.of Gastroenterology and   Hepatology as the academic director, and the director of Institute of   Digestive Disease, He is also the founder of the microbiota Lab and clinical   microiota division ,in  Chinese PLA   General Hospital.

Dr. Yang was honored as the Chairman of APDW 2022 in China, former president of the Chinese Society of Gastroenterology CSGE and vice president of the Chinese Society of Digestive Endoscopy. He now serves WGO Scientific and Endoscopy Committees. His innovative achievement includes the development of the YunSRobot, a soft endoscope robot system, marking a global first in robot-assisted and remote EGD endoscopy in human, and so on.
